Here at did teach we firmly believe that education professionals are defined by reliability, professionalism, project management skill, integrity and resilience.
As successful teachers ourselves we are fully aware of the qualities and capabilities that educators possess. However we are also conscious that many outstanding teachers have ambitions outside of the classroom or want to enrich their experiences with “extra curricular” work. This is where the concept of did teach was born! We understand that it can feel overwhelming finding a new direction if you are considering leaving the teaching profession and that there is no single place for organisations to connect with you. So you can use our experience and connections to help you make the next steps to be successful.
We are however still passionate about teaching and it is not our intention to prise outstanding teachers away from the classroom, we simply want to inspire talented people.

Education Support is the mental health and wellbeing charity of the education sector. We work across the UK at primary, secondary, further & higher levels. We work with individuals through a helpline and grants programme; with schools delivering services such as Employee Assistance Programmes, training and facilitated peer group sessions; and we undertake research into teacher wellbeing and use the findings to advocate for healthier workplaces.
No matter what you’re going through, we’re always here for you, day or night, all the time. Call us. You’ll feel better.
Whatever you need, we’re here for you 24/7. Our trained counsellors will listen to you without judgement and will help you think through the problems you are facing, whether personal or professional, to find a way forwards and feel better.

Organisation: Zen Educate
We have chose to affiliate with Zen Educate as their business model actively saves schools and teachers money
Zen Educate is an online platform that is transforming the supply teaching experience for teachers. Supply work is a well-established route chosen by teachers in between roles, and Zen Educate is the ethical alternative to recruitment agencies that pays teacher more and charges schools less.
How is Zen Educate different from traditional recruitment agencies?
Higher pay – Teachers earn more because Zen Educate cut out traditional agency fees costs.
More control – Choose when you work by sharing your availability through Zen Educate’s app. This is helpful for taking time out for interviews or training opportunities, while still earning.
Smarter matching – Find daily and long-term roles at schools near you based on your preferences, meaning control over your commute time and which schools you work with.
Glowing reviews – See what other teachers are saying on Trustpilot
