KRCS are looking for a new member of our experienced Education Sales Team. Based out of our Nottingham Head Office, you will be joining one of the longest established UK Apple Education Resellers.
KRCS have the highest level of Education accreditation with Apple (‘Apple Solutions Expert for Education’). Our team work face-to-face with teachers and senior leaders within schools to understand their requirements for Apple iPads & Macs, and put together complete solutions to meet their needs.
Our services are wide-ranging and include full managed services for their Apple devices, deployment services, leasing, training and ongoing support.
This role will include both time in the office and time at schools discussing our products with educators. It will include a company vehicle and involves managing our existing customers to ensure that they are fully aware of everything we do, and helping them to make the most of t We are based in Nottingham and you would need to be able to drive to our head office and work from there initially. Once you are fully up to speed on our products and services, you will then share your time between working in the office and visiting our customers in their schools
Our ideal candidate would have a combination of the following qualities:-
-A keen interest in sales and the processes around managing a database of schools and methodically keeping in contact with them and helping them improve and increase their Apple investment
-Some experience of the education sector and the challenges faced by educators, teachers and senior leadership. Knowledge of the Apple range of iPads and Macs, and even better, some knowledge of the way they are used in schools, and how that differs from the way a consumer would typically use those devices
-Confidence in face-to-face meetings with school staff and have the ability to explain how KRCS’s services could meet their needs
-Be well-presented and professional, but not over-formal. Your colleagues and customers will be experts in their field but friendly, helpful and approachable.
The role involves the following main responsibilities :-
-Methodically contact KRCS education customers using our existing CRM database and understand their current needs, matching them to services we offer
-Communicate our unique Managed Service offering to the many hundreds of schools where we have provided Apple solutions, but do not currently subscribe to this service.
-Support our existing experienced team members to ensure that whilst they work with their existing larger customers, KRCS are still able to maintain contact with our whole customer base.
-Visit schools that have Apple products and promote all of KRCS’s products and Services in face-to-face meetings
-Provide quotations and communicate effectively with customers via email and telephone from the office
Salary basic will be around £18K per annum with performance related bonuses based on the combined achievement of you and the rest of the education team.
Full UK Driving license required.
